Clinical messages

To protect your privacy, all your messages from the Frida clinical team are sent to you through the secure patient portal. You’ll receive an email notification each time you receive a new message. Once logged in, you can access your message through the “Clinical Messages” button on the left-hand side.

If you ever forget your password, not to worry! You can get back into your account by using the "Forgot My Password" option.

*If you're waiting for a message and it's not in your inbox, don't forget to check your spam and junk folders. You can also log in directly to the Frida patient portal to see if there's a secure message waiting for you!
