How much does Frida cost?

Before booking your first appointment, you'll need to pay the initial assessment fee of $599.

When booking, you'll choose a date and time that suits you best. You'll then be asked to enter your credit card information. Once your card is validated, you'll receive your appointment confirmation in the app and via email.

Moving forward, Frida follows a "pay-per-visit" model for follow-up appointments. Each consecutive appointment you book with us will be charged at a fee of $79. Your follow-up appointment includes a medical appointment with a Registered Nurse (RN) who provides general counselling, medication management/prescription renewal, treatment for anxiety and depression (if present), and will address any medical concerns. Should your registered nurse (RN) determine that consulting a Nurse Practitioner (NP) is preferred, your next appointment with the NP will be provided at no cost.
