What do I get from my initial assessment?

Before booking your first appointment, you'll need to pay the initial assessment fee of $599. Your initial payment includes:

• A 75-minute initial assessment over the phone with a highly qualified and affirming Nurse Practitioner;

* If more time is needed, a second appointment (at no extra charge) will be scheduled

• Full medical history screening and diagnostic assessment;
• Screening for anxiety and depression;
• ADHD diagnosis, if applicable;
• Prescription for ADHD, anxiety and/or depression medications if/where required;
• A letter of diagnosis, upon request.
