Diagnostic Assessment Refund

If you have booked an appointment for an ADHD diagnostic assessment and need to reschedule or cancel it for any reason, here is what you need to know:

• If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or more from your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a refund for the full amount paid.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will receive a $45 late notice fee.
• If you miss your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged $45 for the appointment.

If you are late for your appointment, the call duration will not be extended and you will not be eligible for any refunds.

We recognize that unforeseen situations can arise. If you encounter an emergency or an unavoidable circumstance that hinders your ability to follow our protocols, kindly get in touch with us at your earliest convenience to discuss your situation.
