It may take up to 48 hours for your pharmacy to receive a faxed prescription.
If you haven't received a call from your pharmacy after 48 hours from when your most recent prescription was sent, please contact them directly to inquire about or request the prescription to be filled.
If after 48 hours your pharmacy has confirmed that they haven't received the faxed prescription, please inform us HERE, (choose prescription as your reason for support) and we will promptly resend it!
