Frida’s financial assistance program is an initiative to support patients with a combined household income of $50,000 or less per year with the cost of their ADHD assessment. If eligible, your initial appointment will cost $299, down from $599.
To apply for financial assistance for your initial assessment, please provide proof of household income of $50,000 or less by sending a copy of your most recent T1 or Notice of Assessment which contains your full legal name and total yearly income here.
If you are diagnosed with ADHD, follow-up appointments for continued care are $99 per visit. During the titration process, you will attend appointments every 4 to 8 weeks, and once you reach your optimal dose, they will recur every 3 to 6 months or so in order to keep track of your progress with the medication.
* While we are able to support you with the initial assessment fee, financial assistance isn't currently available for follow-up appointments.
Please note that Frida's Financial Assistance program can only be provided to those eligible before the initial assessment appointment is completed. If you require an estimate to provide to your insurance to determine your coverage, to better determine if application for Financial Assistance will be needed, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide one!
