If you’d like to update the email address or password with which you login to your Frida patient portal, start by logging in with your current email address.
From the main menu, navigate to “Profile”, choose “Edit” and from here you can change your email address or enter a new password (or modify other personal information).
Don’t forget to save your changes!
If you have forgotten your password, please choose “forgot password” from the login page and enter the email address associated with your account in order to reset it.
