It can take up to 3 business days for your prescription to be issued and sent to your pharmacy following your appointment. You’ll receive an email notification once your clinician has faxed your prescription, and specific details will appear in the “Prescriptions” tab of your Frida profile.
Once you receive our email notification, we suggest giving the pharmacy a call prior to picking up your prescription to ensure it has been received and fulfilled.
If your pharmacy indicates they do not have your prescription ready, please contact our Care Team here to let us know (select "Prescription" as your reason for support), and we'll re-fax it for you!
