It can take up to 48 business hours for your prescription to be issued and received at your pharmacy following your appointment. You’ll receive an email notification once your clinician has faxed your prescription and specific details will appear in the “Medication” tab of your Frida profile. If 48 hours pass and your pharmacy hasn't received the prescription, please reach out to our Care Team to let us know, and we'll re-fax it for you!
