Unfortunately, B.C. is currently undergoing an unprecedented family physician and nurse practitioner (NP) shortage. There is no list of providers or database to register to.
However, the below resources offer directions on how to go about looking. You may also call 8-1-1 for support in trying to find a primary care practitioner.

CBT Skills Group Program - Virtual, Requires Referral
A 8-week virtual CBT group, covered by MSP with practitioner referral. Low wait times. You are required to pay a $65 deposit to secure a spot in program, which is refunded if you attend all sessions (with one absence permitted).
Developed by Vancouver Coastal Health, Keltey's Key is a free online self-directed programming for Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Substance Use, Chronic Pain, Panic, Insomnia & Family Support.
The Canadian Mental Health Association offers various wellness programs within British Columbia, including the BounceBack program (free, evidence based program for mild to moderate depression, low mood, stress, anxiety) and Confident Parents program (telephone based coaching service for parents and caregivers).
Seven agencies haven come together to form this BC partnership, aiming to provide access to quality information on mental health, illness and substance use.

Center for ADHD Awareness Canada
CADDAC has mapped coaching and other resource clinics around Canada to find local support near you.
Mindshift uses CBT based tools to help reorient thinking and behavioural strategies. The anxiety app is free for users, with additional offerings such as group therapy offered at a fee.
CADDAC runs a series of support groups, divided by region and group (e.g., parents, young adults)
