To reschedule or cancel your appointment, go to the "Appointments" tab in your Frida account.
There is no charge for changes made more than 24 hours in advance. Changes within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full appointment cost to cover the missed opportunity to serve another patient.
If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund of the appointment cost.
Unique exceptions can be reviewed case-by-case but cannot be guaranteed.
