Good news! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do it directly through your Frida account. You can do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
If your appointment is within 24 hours of when you’d like to reschedule, please reach out to our care team by clicking “Contact Us” at the top of your browser and they'll be happy to help get you booked in for another appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will receive a $45 late notice fee. This fee will be deducted from your $79 appointment payment, leaving a $34 credit for your next booking.
If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Unique exceptions can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed.
