If you've been diagnosed with ADHD by Frida, our care team will send you a copy of your diagnosis letter via clinical message on your Frida account 1-2 business days after your completed assessment.
If you have not received your letter after 3 business days following a completed assessment, you can either request a copy during a clinical appointment or reach out to our care team to submit your request!
Please be aware that processing such requests may take up to 14 business days, though we are often much quicker!
